Art From The Heart: U17 Frankfort Area Volleyball Association Fundraiser

Paint, pour, and create while supporting a great local cause! Join us as we raise funds for the U17 Frankfort Area Volleyball Association (FAVA) team. Our goal is to raise $500 to help pay for travel expenses, gym rentals, equipment, and uniforms.

Guests are invited to come and enjoy an evening filled with creativity, community, and team spirit. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from pottery painting, canvas painting, or candle making, with all projects created and paid for at the event. Additional donations are always welcome!

Heads up! Tickets must be purchased in advance. This event is reservation-only and spots go fast!

Pottery painted during event is paid for that night and ready for pick up in a week. If this is your first time painting at Mr. Toad's Pottery, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Our Projects are all inclusive. Project pricing includes the cost of the piece, paint, supplies, studio time, glazing, firing, finishing, getting it back to you within a week and sales tax. The only thing it doesn't include is a tip for our staff. 

• Our Most Popular Pieces range in price from $35 to $55.

• Our Paints wash right out, so don't worry about making a mess!

• Our Selection is vast, with over 500 pottery pieces to choose from and over a dozen colorbook canvas designs.

• Our Staff are helpful friendly and ready to assist you in making your next masterpiece!

• Our Age Requirement is nonexistent, all ages are welcome to come create and make memories!

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Themed and Fundraising Events:

• Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 20 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event.

• Adjustments for Lower Attendance: If only 10 to 19 people are registered one week before the event, we may reach out to encourage you to invite friends to join. If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the event will be canceled.

• Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund.

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

General Notes:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
