Refund & Cancellation Policy: At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:
Themed and Fundraising Events:
Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 20 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event.
Adjustments for Lower Attendance: If only 10 to 19 people are registered one week before the event, we may reach out to encourage you to invite friends to join. If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the event will be canceled.
Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund.
Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.
General Notes:
How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.
Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
