Empty Bowls Painting Project
Join the Grassroots movement and Paint & Donate a bowl for Western Maryland Empty Bowls Project! Our goal is to have 100 bowls painted for the March 4th Soup Sampling Event where Proceeds from these bowls will go to help Western Maryland Food Bank! Reservations are not required, but you can RSVP!

About the event
Bowls cost $26 each and Every bowl painted and donated to the Empty Bowls project will receive a $10 gift voucher to use after the soup event. If this is your first time painting at Mr. Toad's, expect to spend about 2 hours to paint. No reservations or experience is required to come in and paint! Our art assistants are happy to show you a new technique or assist you in creating your special bowl for the First Annual Empty Bowls Event!
Be sure to get your tickets to the Empty Bowls event to reclaim your artwork or grab someone else's that you may have seen us post online! We have got some amazing creatives in our community, let's turn that creativity into something transformative for someone else in our community! Donated Bowls will be on sale during the March 4th Empty Bowls Soup Sampling event, being held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, tickets for the soup sampling event can be purchased in advance for a discounted rate here. When you purchase a bowl and meal you will get to take your bowl home as a reminder that there is someone in our community with an empty bowl.
Every hand painted bowl donated will get us that much closer to our goal of raising $6,000 for the foodbank during the first annual Western Maryland Empty Bowls Event!
