About the event
đż Get your hands dirty and add a personal touch to your garden! In this fun and beginner-friendly clay handbuilding workshop, youâll create up to 10 custom garden markers using durable mid-fire stoneware clayâperfect for labeling herbs, veggies, flowers, and more.
Our instructor will guide you through the basics of handbuilding, then itâs your turn to get creative! Shape, stamp, carve, and personalize each marker however youâd likeâwhether you go for classic plant labels, playful designs, or something totally unique.
Once your pieces are created, theyâll be kiln-fired for the first time. After that, youâll be invited back to the studio to paint and glaze your markers however youâd like, followed by a second firing to give them a beautiful, finished look. Best of all, the project price is all-inclusive, covering both firings and your return visit to paint!
