🐮 IMPORTANT: Everyone Must Paint!

Every guest attending this event must purchase a ticket AND participate in pottery painting. There are no spectator, non-painting, or accompanying guest tickets available for this event. If you do not paint a pottery piece, you will be charged a $25 sitting fee.

🔒 Studio Closed to Regular Guests During Event

Because this is a special ticketed event, the studio will be closed to regular walk-in pottery painting guests during the event. Only guests with an event ticket will be permitted to stay in the studio. The only exception is for guests who are stopping in for a pottery pickup. If you would like to stay, watch the event, spend time with the Highland cows, or use the studio during the event, you must have a ticket and be participating in pottery painting.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Highland Cow Events:

• Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 75 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event, we reserve the right to move the event date to encourage additional sign ups.

• Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund to a gift card that can be used online or in studio.

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

General Notes:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
