Chair yoga is one of the most accessible forms of yoga because you can do it from a seated position. It's a slow-paced, gentle style perfect for literally any body. You utilize the chair throughout the class for support. The chair also acts as a prop to help with balance in standing postures. This style of yoga is great for beginners, those with limited mobility, chronic illness and injuries. Perfect for kids and the elderly! Everyone can benefit from this practice!
No Mat Required! This is a simple form of yoga and excellent for beginners as well as the experienced.
Enjoy a relaxing 30 minute gentle yoga in a chair session and experience the meditative state of painting a pottery piece. There will be a variety of words and symbols pre-cut out, on our sticky stencils, that make it effortless to get a clear image or word onto your piece. Your pottery piece will then be glazed, fired and ready to be picked up the following Friday.
