🎟️ Ticket Information

Tickets are just $1 per person! Your ticket reserves your seat and gives you access to all the festive extras of the evening, including our cookie decorating station, holiday photo backdrop, and all the other family-friendly fun happening throughout the event.

Everyone attending must have a ticket.

🎨 Pottery: Ornaments are not included with the ticket and will be selected and paid for at the event. Ornaments range from $14-$30, with the price including the pottery piece, glazing, firing, finishing, and sales tax. Finished pottery will be ready for pickup within approximately one week.

This is a TICKETED EVENT. Walk-in painting is welcome until 8p!

Event participation requires a ticket or pay at the door, space permitting. Event extras, including cookie decorating, are available only to registered guests while supplies last.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Themed and Fundraising Events:

• Minimum Participants:

  We require a minimum of 20 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event.

• Adjustments for Lower Attendance:

  If only 10 to 19 people are registered one week before the event, we may reach out to encourage you to invite friends to join. If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the event will be canceled.

• Cancellation by Us:

  In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund.

• Cancellation by You:

  Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. If you cancel, a credit for a future event will be issued, valid for three months from the date of the scheduled event. No refunds will be offered.
