Our expert art assistants will guide you through the painting process, ensuring that your creations turn out picture-perfect.

👩‍🎨 No Artistic Experience Required: Our friendly staff will be there to guide you through the creative process, ensuring that your vision comes to life on your chosen pottery piece.

Ticket Information:

• Cost: Pottery projects will be paid for the evening of the event and some of our most popular pieces range in price from $25 to $45. Price includes pottery piece, painting supplies, glazing, firing, finishing, sales tax, and an evening of family fun. Pottery will be ready to be picked up within a week.
• Tickets: Adults are $5 each and Children are $1 each. All attending must purchase an event ticket and must paint a pottery piece.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Themed and Fundraising Events:

• Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 20 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event.
• Adjustments for Lower Attendance: If only 10 to 19 people are registered one week before the event, we may reach out to encourage you to invite friends to join. If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the event will be canceled.
• Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund.
• Cancellation by You: Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. If you cancel, a credit for a future event will be issued, valid for three months from the date of the scheduled event. No refunds will be offered.

General Notes:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.
• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
