After your piece is first fired in our kiln, you’ll return for a second visit to glaze and finish it in your own style, choosing colors and designs that match your home and personality. Once glazed and fired again, your plaque will be weather-ready and built to last outdoors.

Ticket & Project Information:

Your ticket price includes your seat in the workshop, all instruction, clay and materials, both kiln firings, glazing session, finishing, and sales tax. Everything needed to complete your custom house number plaque is included—just bring your creativity!

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Workshops, Classes, Paint & Sips, Art Camps:

• Minimum Participants:

  A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold a workshop or class.

• Cancellation by Us:

  If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a full refund.

• Cancellation by You:

  If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

  You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds:

  When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
