MINI Highland cows! 🥹🖤 Get up close with these fluffy farm friends, snap some photos, enjoy some cuddles, and create your own masterpiece with a little Halloween magic mixed in!

Your ticket reserves your seat for the event, includes access to our professional photo booth where we will help you capture your special time with Ginger and Ale, plus use our exclusive Highland cow and Halloween-themed silkscreens on your pottery, and it covers $25 towards your pottery piece! Our team will help you add some spooky cow-themed designs to the pottery piece of your choice. Pottery is purchased the night of the event, less the $25 pottery credit.

🐮 IMPORTANT: Everyone Must Paint!

Every guest attending this event must purchase a ticket AND participate in pottery painting. There are no spectator, non-painting, or accompanying guest tickets available for this event.

Your ticket includes a $25 pottery credit! This means $25 of your ticket price goes directly toward the pottery piece you select and paint during the event. If you choose a piece that costs more than $25, you’ll simply pay the difference at the event.

🔒 Studio Closed to Regular Guests During Event

Because this is a special ticketed event, the studio will be closed to regular walk-in pottery painting guests during the event. Only guests with an event ticket will be permitted to come in the studio. If you need to pick up pottery, we ask that you pick up before 1pm on Sunday.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Highland Cow Events:

• Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 75 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event, we reserve the right to move the event date to encourage additional sign ups.

• Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund to a gift card that can be used online or in studio.

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

General Notes:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please acknowledge the event ticket terms before registering:

I understand that my $45 ticket is the admission price for this special event and reserves one seat for me. My ticket includes admission to the Mini Highland Cow experience (pays for the cows), time to visit with the cows, access to the professional photo backdrop for photos, use of Mr. Toad’s custom Highland Cow silkscreen designs, and a $25 pottery credit toward the pottery project I choose to paint during the event. Pottery will range from $25-60 each.

There will be TWO BABY COWS in attendance, they will be there from 5:30-7:00pm. The event is from 5:00-7:00pm. Please arrive on time to choose your projects and be seated BEFORE they arrive! It is up to you how much you interact with the cows!

I understand that the $25 pottery credit must be used during this event, has no cash value, and any pottery selected above $25 will require payment of the difference. Unused pottery credit will not be refunded, carried forward, or issued as store credit.
