Your ticket reserves your seat in the workshop and includes all guided instruction, design demonstration, and glazing techniques taught during the event.

🏺 Pottery Purchase:

Pottery is not included in the ticket price. Guests will select and purchase their pottery piece during the event. Pottery pricing is all-inclusive and covers your chosen piece, studio paints, glazing, kiln firing, finishing, and sales tax. Finished pottery will be ready for pickup approximately one week after the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Workshops, Classes, Paint & Sips, Art Camps:

• Minimum Participants: A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold a workshop or class.

• Cancellation by Us: If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a full refund.

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
