Our instructors will guide you step-by-step through the glaze application process, showing you how to layer and combine specialty glazes to create a vibrant watermelon design complete with juicy colors and playful details. The techniques learned in this workshop can help you gain confidence working with stoneware glazes while creating a piece that's both functional and fun.

Guests may choose any eligible stoneware piece available at the event and customize it using the featured watermelon glaze recipe.

Once completed, projects will remain at the studio for kiln firing. The magic happens in the kiln, where the glazes melt and interact to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind results.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Workshops, Classes, Paint & Sips, Art Camps:

• Minimum Participants:

  A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold a workshop or class.

• Cancellation by Us:

  If we do not reach this minimum, we may contact you one week in advance to encourage additional sign-ups. If the minimum is still not met 48 hours before the event, we will either transfer your registration to another class or issue a full refund.

• Cancellation by You:

  If you need to cancel your attendance, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to receive a credit for a future class. This credit will be valid for use within the next three months. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will not receive a credit or refund.

• Refunds:

  When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
