The Pottery Games Paint Night

Step into the arena for a night of creativity, competition, and all things Panem! Join us for a Hunger Games-inspired paint night featuring themed silk screen designs, snacks worthy of the Capitol, and trivia that'll make you feel like you've just stepped off the train to the arena.

🎟️ $12 per person event fee includes themed silk screens, a snack bar, and trivia fun!

Early Bird Special: Be one of the first to sign up and save! The first few guests to reserve their tickets for each event will receive $2 off per ticket, so claim your spot before the Cornucopia is empty!

🔥 Pottery is chosen and paid for the night of. Pricing includes your piece, paint, glazing, firing, finishing, and sales tax.

🔥 Costumes encouraged! Show up in your best Capitol fashion, District-inspired look, or tribute-worthy outfit.

🎟️ Last Minute Tickets: Tickets purchased during the final three days of ticket sales will be an additional $3 each. Plan ahead and grab yours early to get the regular (or even better, Early Bird) ticket price!

This is a TICKETED EVENT. Walk-in painting is welcome until 8p, space permitting

Event participation requires a ticket. Event extras, including the snack bar, are available only to registered guests while supplies last.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Mr. Toad's Pottery, we strive to provide a creative and enriching environment through our various classes, workshops, and special events. Please review our detailed cancellation and refund policy below, which is tailored to different event types:

Themed and Fundraising Events:

• Minimum Participants: We require a minimum of 20 participants to hold a themed or fundraising event.

• Adjustments for Lower Attendance: If only 10 to 19 people are registered one week before the event, we may reach out to encourage you to invite friends to join. If fewer than 10 participants are registered, the event will be canceled.

• Cancellation by Us: In cases of cancellation due to not meeting the minimum required attendees, you will have the option to receive a credit for a future event or a full refund.

• Cancellation by You: Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. If you cancel, a credit for a future event will be issued, valid for three months from the date of the scheduled event. No refunds will be offered.

General Notes:

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your participation via phone, email, or online.

• Refunds: When refunds are issued, they will be processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
