Birthday parties at Mr. Toad’s Pottery are designed to be flexible, all-inclusive, and stress-free — so you can focus on the celebration while we handle the rest. ⸻ 🎨 Paint What You Love Party guests get to choose from our entire studio inventory of over 500 pottery pieces — no limited shelves or pre-selected items. • Most popular pottery pieces range from $25–$40 • Hosts often let the guest of honor choose any piece, while setting a budget for other guests • Pricing is fully all-inclusive — paint, supplies, glazing, firing, and sales tax are included • Pottery is ready for pickup in about one week • No hidden fees — gratuity is optional ⸻ 🐸 Booking & Birthday Deposit To reserve your party date, a non-refundable birthday deposit is required. This deposit includes: • Private party room rental at half off our standard rental rate • A custom birthday plate created during the party for the guest of honor • Each guest adds a thumbprint design • Our art assistants personalize it with the birthday child’s name and age The remaining balance is paid after the party based on pottery selections made that day. ⸻ 🎂 Your Private Party Space Your celebration includes exclusive access to our bright, paint-themed party room, which comfortably seats up to 34 painters and features: • 85” TV for slideshows or videos • Private smart speaker for music • Private bathroom • Dedicated paint bar • Photo backdrop wall for cake and presents • A dedicated party art assistant to guide your entire 2-hour party experience Hosts are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate and set up food, drinks, and cake. ⸻ 👧 Party Size Requirements • Minimum of 10 painters required • Parties with fewer than 10 painters will incur a $25 fee to cover the difference ⸻ 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand plans can change. • A 72-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule • With proper notice, we will: • Reschedule your party or • Issue a studio credit toward future painting at Mr. Toad’s Pottery • No refunds are given • No credits for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event ⸻ 🥳 Just Need the Space?
